Tea of the Day: Egyptian Mint by Zhena’s Gypsy Tea
Description: One of our tastiest and most popular infusions blends the ancient principles of Ayurveda and Aromatherapy to promote relaxation, focus and smooth digestive energy. With its heady aroma, peppermint blends blissfully with the Assam green tea for a soft steep that is flavorful, distinctive and calming.
Dry tea smells like mint: fresh mint rather than mint candy
Liquor is a honey gold in the cup.
Steeped tea is minty with a nice grassy base. Invigorating without being jittery. Does not need sugar, but if you add it, it does not detract from the taste. This is a tea that I would reach for during a stressful day because it’s both calming and uplifting.
Tea Rating: 4/5
A couple of days ago, my finacé and I both had demotivated days related to our lifestyle changes and workout goals.
Thankfully, not exactly the same time, nor about exactly the same thing, so we were able to be supportive of each other and not go into a tornado tailspin of unhappiness.
Today, I wanted to share a video I found, about how to not just fake it until you make it, but fake it until you become it.
And keep your head up, we all struggle!
“The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of those depths.” –Elisabeth Kubler-Ross
